I'm only interested in hypertrophy in this cycle.
I'm at the end (hopefully) of a debilitating 5 year long low back injury, hence the exercise selection with lots of machines. Bodybuilding has done me a lot of good since I got back into it a few months ago.
Before I was mostly focused on low back rehab that got me skinny af. Now I keep back rehab (not detailed here) + bodybuilding and hope to get back into more athletic things eventually...
