Foreign countries & entities involvement in US transportation

Is it concerning to anyone else the rate at with foreign entities are getting involved in the us trucking market?

It's 9.1% of the US GDP and revenue that is going to these companies isn't being taxed in the united states. Also the security risk in foreign governments being able to gain location data and understand the most needed shipping lanes is a scary thought to me.
