I've been talking about this for a few years, but starting to really push this, especially in these lean times. Video series is on some other platforms, but here is the high level concept:
The 3 Pillars of Operations
Just for argument's sake, some will say there are more, and they’re probably not wrong. I like to keep things simple cause I'm a simple guy, and I break things down into sets of 3 usually (a few months back, I talked about this as well). This allows people to focus, and ultimately look for ways they can tie their efforts back to larger organizational goals.
The 3 pillars I focus on operationally are:
1- Extreme Ownership
2-Customer Experience
3-Free cash Flow
keeping things simple is CRUCIAL to stickiness of these concepts, and adoption by team members
