So, I've started this Community to help like minded people achieve their goals.
To transform their life, without falling taking the wrong turn, burning out, loneliness and a lack of accountability.
That's exactly the opposite of what this community is about.
Therefore I have the following things planned:
"Start Here": this will be a classroom where you'll get a quick video introduction to this community and my "why?". Also you'll get to know my backround and current situation
Then there will be "Mindset": in this first Module I will go in depth on:
- Introduction of a growth mindset
- Building self confidence
- Visualisation and goal setting
- Handling pressure and stress
- Dealing with setbacks
- Daily mental health practices
- Living with purpose
These are the Videos planned for this first module.
There are also 5 more Modules planned, covering:
- Consistency
- Time management and accountability
- Training and scheduling
- Managing Fatigue and Recovery
- Nutrition
