I am on day 3 of a migraine, so I feel a bit behind. On Sunday and Monday, I did the 4 parts of ADAM, just not all first thing in the morning. Today I did my ADAM first thing 💪
I am planning to do my first carb fast today... I am REALLY excited about this way of eating- I have done keto in the past and I love how I feel, but it is not sustainable, so I end up breaking and binge eating. This seems like a great way to balance.
I still have a migraine so I probably won't be on the app a lot today, but I wanted to check in to say I am still working the program :)
