I did it! Drank 8 oz of water, 10 squats, 25 wall pushups, 7 minutes of meditation and a healthy breakfast of scrambled egg whites with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese on 1 slice of whole wheat bread. I can do it if I think positive!!
