Volume/mixing/Mastering/sonarID

So I asked b4, but I need a bit reiterating. So I got sonarID. When I make a beats, keep volume normal, right?( almost like a "duh" question 🙄) but I'm really trying not to make this difficult on myself. And when I mix (apollo duo interface) what level on the interface should I have the volume set to? And is it the same with Mastering? If I'm being redundant, forgive me. I jus want to know that I understand. I record vocals in protools, make beats with MPC Renaissance/ Software
