Hello experienced producers

I wish you all a happy and prosperous year! I would like to create my vision board and would appreciate your best advice!

So far you can see a Mac studio with 2 screens. Now I want to put the best monitoring system on it.

The first question is: which one? And are two studio monitors enough or should I add a subwoofer?

The second question: Is there a better audio interface than Apollo's?

The third question: Which headphones are currently "the headphones"? Perhaps you have some advice for both recording and mixing/mastering.
