i`m having trouble understanding frequencies & how to read them.

How do I understand which frequencies to cut, boost etc by looking at the graphs on the EQ plugin for whatever I am mixing in the moment? vocals, drums, snares etc.

I`m also having a hard time on understanding what the Paz analyser is showing me during a mix. Does anybody no how I go about understanding the graph and how to understand whatever problems it is showing me

I`ve tried to find some youtube videos which explain in detail but I just can't find any which helps me understand how to read frequencies & problems occurring during a mix.
