Just finished the nutrition modules and have a couple of questions.
Where are the graph and cards that were mentioned in the videos? Is the meal cards in the app?
What are the other ways to get all my protein in? I sometimes don't have enough time in the 8 hour window to squeeze in all my protein/food, especially during the work week.
Is greek yogurt allowed during the initial weight loss phase?
