@Jan Maxwell I too thought push-ups were impossible. I started on my knees and after a couple weeks I could do seven push-ups on my toes. Learning the correct way to strength train has made all the difference!

Courage is not the absence of fear....😲 It's taking action despite having fear...💪 If you didn't have some fear, we would be worried about you...Because investing your time into your health is serious... The fact that your a little nervous...The fact that you are afraid makes you just like everyone else who succeeds. 🔥 If you have courage, comment below with "me."
