@Julie Moran Really take recovery easy Julie. The fatigue seems to be worse and last longer when you push too hard to get back to doing things. Even if you think it’s over, this virus has a tendency to kick back if you do too much too soon.

@Linda Wagoner Doing workouts however slowly is absolutely valid. Sometimes slow is harder than fast, so don’t underestimate what you’ve started.

Courage is not the absence of fear....😲 It's taking action despite having fear...💪 If you didn't have some fear, we would be worried about you...Because investing your time into your health is serious... The fact that your a little nervous...The fact that you are afraid makes you just like everyone else who succeeds. 🔥 If you have courage, comment below with "me."
