hello friends and fellow students! Tom I have some questions I was hoping you could answer. How can you fix internal tibial torsion? (with internally rotated knees of course) Do I have to work on external hip rotation? Mind you I don’t have flat feet Also could you give us some tips on how to strengthen the QL muscle? Thanks in advance!!

Sensitivity and Pain
Hi! I’ve been through a mobility course in November but injured both my wrists in the first week during Wrist PAILs and RAILs. Eversince it’s been an on-off thing going on with the pains. It’s a stinging-shooting-throbbing-piercing-pulsing type of pain and goes along the entirety of my ulna up to my elbow (or sometimes only one part of it). The elbow will have of an internal pressure type of pain. When I do wrist CARs I feel the bones clicking and „shifting“ in my hand. It’s not painful but afterwards it sometimes feels sore for a few minutes. I also have pain in different body parts that occur at random times and places and will come and go whenever. I feel like I’m very sensitive even to CARs and only react afterwards and not during any trainings. I just don’t know what to do because I react so quickly. Is there anything I can do? Thank you for any suggestions!
