Planning the Christmas Challenge
I've been tossing around some ideas in my head for doing another challenge in my group just before Christmas. I'm thinking of calling it 12 Days of Fitness, and doing a surprise new challenge each day (unlike last time, where participants were expected to fulfill 10 points during all 10 days of the challenge). I'm trying to decide if I should just issue a new challenge each day, or stack them so that on day 2, you have to do the challenge from days 1 & 2, and so on. I'm also trying to decide if I'm going to offer a prize of some kind. Anyone else planning to do a challenge? I intend to be on the next call (tomorrow mid day in the US), if anyone wants to bat around some ideas. Maybe we can help each other out. :)

Success! Results of my 10 Day Challenge
I ran a free 10 Day Challenge in my group for the 10 days prior to Thanksgiving. I had about 6 people participate. I asked the participants to check in by commenting on the daily post, but usually only 1-3 would do so. I also made a second post each day asking a conversation question related to the challenge. These posts took <10 min a day to create. Even though not everyone commented on the daily post, I DM’d everyone multiple times during the 10 days, just to encourage & support their efforts, and many of them were able to incorporate some of the healthy habits from the challenge into their daily lives. Several of them expressed to me how the challenge helped motivate them as we were approaching the holiday & they appreciated my DM. To my great surprise, one of the participants asked me outright if I could help her with a training plan to help her reach her goals. I met with her and signed her up for my 12 week program! This turned out so well, I’m planning to run another challenge before Christmas.

Made a Sale + Social Media Feedback
Made my second sale today! Got on a call with a warm lead from my only other client and put them through the test. We only had 30 minutes rather than a full hour and when we got to the reasons they'd want to do it, they essentially brought up why they need to do it, what would happen if they didn't, and got right to asking about the program. I asked if it was right for them and they addressed their concerns. Following the training, I addressed those concerns being the methods of training (Martial Arts, Calisthenics, Yoga, and Meditation to achieve the goals), the pricing ($199/month), and how we do it (online live training and a video library of existing content). They were ready and signed right up! I'd love to get some feedback on the latest social media posts we put up with a call to action: https://www.instagram.com/reel/Ck81Rd3DEMp/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link This uses video from our martial arts seminar this past weekend with an added call to action at the end.
