Good Pacific Morning Time Beautiful Beings! This morning I tuned into the YouTube channel of Jonathan Goldman, the man that I saw with Bruce and Gregg many times during the Denver conference, that they referred to as their top “sound healing” creator friend. I watched and participated along with CONSCIOUS HUMMING Instructional (8:56m) What a wonderful vibe to start the day.

My mom hummed all her life, thus I have too, but subconsciously (usually a chorus or song). Now I’m aware how to take my lil hummingbird energy to a higher healing level!
