Last year December I was at my worst form both mentally and physically. I was 10 kg overweight and had a very poor diet and hence a very poor mental state, my whole routine was full of bad habits in a way totally f**ked. Then I was like this has to change. I planned everything and from January started maintaining a good diet, quit all bad habits like smoking, sleeping late etc and started working out.
Fast forward to now I was at 74 kg of weight when I started now I am at 65 kgs. I am in the best form of my self, fit and healthy.💪
The one thing I learned through my journey is determination, healthy diet, workout and a community like this where people supports your journey is all you need.
