Niche: introverts Topic: how to build thought leadership as an introvert I'm trying to move fast and don't want to overthink, but this is certainly something I've done for myself in the last 12 months + Among possible specific problem/solutions are: - how to build a public persona while keeping things private (I actually tackled this a year ago, almost to the day -- and then dropped it to focus on the other business) - how to be a thought leader as an introvert in a world that rewards extroverts - how to build thought leadership as an introvert without feeling exposed They're all rough, but would appreciate feedback and some questions to help me nail this. For a story, I thought about reflecting on how I managed to put myself in the spotlight, helped to build a network of high-value people who trust what I do (for the other business), and how I took care of myself before and after engaging with people -- because introversion is not shyness or anti-people, it's stimulation or energy maangement

Hi Kassy, I've cleaned up the 207 leads from the Ads. After taking out those who signed up more than once and those with suspicious-looking email adddresses and incomplete Names, I am now left with 114 filtered leads, or 55% of original leads. Planning to send them a Thank You Note (see attached file) first, followed by the Opt In email to sign up for the Complementary Coaching (see attached, not sure if this is a correct Opt in???) and a third email to invite to the Webinar. I'll get straight to the point I've uploaded 9 videos on YouTube in last 2 months, got 41 Subscribers, 200+ Unique Viewers and 20 Returning Viewers I have a solid expertise in my niche I am going to increase my content output But I don't have a monetization path laid out for me and I don't want to wait until I have a zillion subscribers before I think about Monetization. I'm planning on creating and promoting a free course to build trust and provide value upfront (using $100M Offers by Alex Hormozi) And a Paid Course which the audience get funnelled to after having consumed my free course. (Also by using $100M Offers) Could someone tell me what else could I do fastrack my path to monetization in next 30 days? What else do I need to do? what can I expect to happen in next 30 days?
