YouTube Creator Looking For Advice

I'll get straight to the point

I've uploaded 9 videos on YouTube in last 2 months, got 41 Subscribers, 200+ Unique Viewers and 20 Returning Viewers

I have a solid expertise in my niche

I am going to increase my content output

But I don't have a monetization path laid out for me and I don't want to wait until I have a zillion subscribers before I think about Monetization.

I'm planning on creating and promoting a free course to build trust and provide value upfront (using $100M Offers by Alex Hormozi)

And a Paid Course which the audience get funnelled to after having consumed my free course. (Also by using $100M Offers)

Could someone tell me what else could I do fastrack my path to monetization in next 30 days? What else do I need to do? what can I expect to happen in next 30 days?
