The 4 Cs Flywheel™
The 4 Cs Flywheel is the game-changer for your business. 🚀 Content. Community. Commerce. Customers. That’s it. Four steps that don’t just work—they spin. It’s not some clunky, outdated funnel that drains your time and energy. It’s a flywheel—smooth, automated, and endlessly powerful. Here’s how it rolls: We start with content. That’s your spark, the thing that attracts eyeballs and gets people curious. Then, we move to community—building a loyal tribe who actually cares about what you do. From there, we roll into commerce. Your community supports your business, and your business feeds your community. It’s like a perfect circle of value. And lastly, customers—delivering results so good, they can’t stop talking about you. Guess what that does? Feeds right back into content. Boom. Endless growth cycle. 🔄 Unlike a funnel, which basically says, “Thanks for your money, see ya,” the flywheel keeps the momentum going. It builds relationships. Automates processes. Turns followers into superfans. This isn’t fluff. I’ve used it in my business, my clients’ businesses, and every time—it delivers. More customers. More community. More results. And now, I’m teaching it all in my community. Four lessons, one for each quadrant. Want in? Drop a comment or slide into my DMs. Simple. Effective. Transformative. Let’s spin this flywheel together. 💥 Access the new FREE flywheel course in the classroom NOW: https://www.skool.com/doug/classroom/d61b90be

Flex your copy muscle
The first time I recorded a video, I was sweating buckets. My hands were clammy, and I fumbled my words so much I thought, “Who’s gonna listen to this?” But here’s the thing: the more I did it, the better I got. Not perfect—never going to be—but confident enough to hit record without overthinking it. The magic? Just doing the bloody thing. Over and over. Want to write better copy? Write every day. Want to nail video content? Record 100 videos. Not getting traction on LinkedIn? Post 100 times. – It’s not glamorous. – It’s not quick. – But it works. You don’t need fancy equipment, a pro setup, or some groundbreaking idea. You just need to show up, consistently. Learn the basics. Create the habit. Put in the reps. Stop waiting for perfection. Start chasing progress. 🎯 You’re better than you think you are. Let’s go. 🚀

Lightbox effect for lead magnet banners
To promote our lead magnets (free PDFs, checklists, etc.), we’ve started using a banner with a lightbox effect on EmailTooltester. I think it’s pretty cool because it’s not too disruptive, yet it still manages to grab your attention for a brief moment (see video). Just wondering what you think of it?

Simple way to check your email authentication
Hey, just wanted to share this simple trick. It allows you to check if SPF, DKIM and DMARC are working correctly. All you need is a Gmail account. These are the steps: 1. Send the Email or Newsletter for Testing to Your Gmail Address. 2. Open the Email and Click the Three Dots 3. Select “Show Original” to View the Source Code 4. Analyze the Authentication Results (it has to say PASS for all three) Hope this helps!

Google’s 7-11-4 rule (part 1)
Ever heard of Google’s 7-11-4 rule? Here’s the gist: For someone to decide to buy from you, they need to spend 7 hours engaging with you, across 11 touchpoints, in 4 separate locations. Sounds like a tall order, right? When I first heard this, I thought, “Oh, crap, am I even close to 7 hours of content?!” Do I have 11 touchpoints? Are there 4 places where my audience can actually find me? Cue mild panic. But here’s the thing – don’t freak out. It’s not about creating endless streams of new content or being everywhere at once. That’s impossible (and exhausting). Instead, it’s about working smarter, not harder. This is where content repurposing saves the day. – Got a long-form blog? Chop it into bite-sized LinkedIn posts. – Done a webinar? Break it into reels, emails, or mini-blogs. – Posted once? Post it again (because most people didn’t see it the first time). Chances are, you’ve already got a treasure trove of content sitting around. You just need to make it work harder for you. So, before you spiral into a content-creation frenzy, take a step back. Look at what you’ve already done. Then repurpose, reuse, and repeat. Let’s make Google’s 7-11-4 rule work for you – without working yourself into the ground. Want help? Drop me a DM, and I’ll show you how to make it happen. 🚀🔥
