Coaching Session 6/19/24
[00:00:00] Introduction and Initial Setup
Trinley: Sorry, we didn't get yours, Jane. Um, all right, Brandon. Um, are you, are you in a place where you can use the video? It would be helpful if you can. Um, yeah, probably.
Great. Hi, my friend. Uh, what's going on? Um,
: yeah, so I feel like.
[00:00:48] Brandon's Struggles and Background
Brandon: So my stuckness.
Is my whole life and, um, yeah, my life kind of like fell apart, um, and I moved back in with my parents and I haven't been able to motivate myself to get a new job pretty much at all. Or just make any progress in any capacity. That's
Trinley: basically where I'm at. I'm sorry to hear that, my friend.
Are you comfortable sharing it all? You said your life fell apart. Are you comfortable sharing any specifics of that? If not, that's fine.
Brandon: I mean, it's not really, this may be being dramatic. Um, just, uh, I had a long, um, like six year relationship that ended,
um,
and, um, I had to move away very quickly. And, uh, um, and before that I had quit my job because I was trying to figure out a way to be happy. And, um,
yeah,
Trinley: yeah.
Brandon: Now I need a job again. And, uh, I just feel like kind of depressed about everything.
Trinley: I've been there. I've definitely been there. Um, getting out of a long term relationship, ending my job. Not knowing what to do. Um,
[00:02:58] Exploring Emotions and Feelings
Trinley: what are you feeling about your relationship right now in this moment?
Brandon: My relationship? Um,
uh, when I think of it, I feel oscillation.
Trinley: What do you feel
Brandon: about
Trinley: it? Yeah, not necessarily what are you thinking about it, but what are you feeling about it?
Brandon: When I summon the relationship, I feel sad. Um, I feel
like there's no going back, but you know, I still miss it, you know,
Trinley: feels,
Brandon: I mean, you know, at this point it's been like eight months.
Trinley: I'm just taking notes over here, by the way. I'm not doing random things on my computer. No problem.
Brandon: Um, yeah, part of the difficulty
is
Basically, she decided,
I don't know, it was a, it was an amicable breakup. It was mutual. We decided together. And then, like, a month after being apart or something, it suddenly turned like hostile. And I don't really understand why, and she, you know, blocked me on anything, everything, so I could never, you know. actually understand anything.
Trinley: So
when we go through these major, um, transitions in our life, I did this seven or eight years ago. At this point, I just got out of a five year relationship and my, uh, long term job, et cetera, moved. Um, and
there's,
um, there's a loss of
the major things we were using to make meaning in our lives. Uh, at least this is what I found. And this is a little bit of what I'm hearing potentially with you. There are these ways we use sense to make sense of the world. Our partner is holding a lot of that. The place we live is holding a lot of that.
The job we have is holding a lot of that. When we lose that. There's this sense of, uh, tragedy. Uh, there can be this sense of, of, that the identity as it existed in the pre tragedy, as it existed before this create shift, can no longer survive. I know this is all very abstract. Uh, we're gonna get very concrete in a moment.
But, I just wanna, wanna lay the seeds here first.
And so the things that used to make sense and stop making sense, the things that used to give us meaning can stop giving us meaning. And
the thing that gets you through this stage to the post tragic is not, it's actually letting yourself be shattered. It's letting yourself feel the hurt. It's letting yourself grieve. And only, and fully feeling all of that, you integrate the wisdom that wants to bring forth the new you that, that wants to come out.
And so,
there's a period of
going through the suck, uh, which, which is underneath the numbness that you often feel in these situations. Underneath the numbness is this deep, deep hurt and pain, and accessing that, on the other side of that, Is the new you that you couldn't possibly imagine now is the new life that doesn't make sense from there.
And so the reason I asked how you're feeling about the relationship right now is to just start to point you a little bit towards your feelings around it.
[00:08:48] Focusing Technique and Emotional Processing
Trinley: Uh, when I got out of my very long term relationship, uh, I did a lot of what's called focusing.
And focusing was just finding gentlemen. Have you done it before?
Brandon: I read the book. I don't think I've successfully done it.
Trinley: And so let's take a look at doing it just a little bit. I don't know if we're going to get to a full leap felt shift in the moment, but I want you to find one of these feelings related to the relationship
in your body. So when you think of the relationship, this frustration you had or hurt around it, suddenly turning hostile, maybe
where in your body are you feeling now?
Brandon: Get like a sinking feeling, I guess. Sinking feeling where?
Kind of like, um, I wouldn't say exactly my stomach. Maybe below and behind or something.
Trinley: I want you to, as we just saw with Jane, just drop into that sinking feeling. Maybe an unpleasant feeling that you haven't really been welcoming in this way. But just for now, just for this moment, I want you to drop into that.
And welcome it to the extent that it's ready and you're ready into the rest of your body, even.
And then you're going to hold this question, or this part of you, without, uh, thinking about the question. Just hold it and see what answer arises from this part of your belly. Sorry, behind and below your belly. Which is, what do you have to tell me? What do you want to tell me? What do I need to know?
And with patience, it may not arise immediately. Notice if there's some feeling, or words, or an image that arises, or even a memory that arises when you ask that question.
Brandon: Yeah, like um,
like a sense of hopelessness. Hopelessness, yeah.
Trinley: And does hopelessness fully capture it, or is that not quite it?
One way to check this is to just say, I'm feeling hopeless. out loud.
And notice if that resonates with this sinking feeling below and behind the belly.
Feeling hopeless.
Feeling hopeless. Say it really from that place if you really mean it.
Feeling hopeless. Feel that again?
Yeah.
Feeling hopeless.
One more time.
Feeling hopeless. And as you feel that feeling of hopelessness, does that fully capture that sinking feeling or is there something missing? Something that's not quite right there?
Brandon: Feeling hopeless.
I'm having some trouble telling.
Trinley: That's okay. Are you really feeling this in a way that you haven't in a while?
Brandon: Certainly in a while. I mean, it's not a surprise to me. Yeah.
Trinley: So this is what we're in right now, where you're just feeling and feeling and expressing and expressing. This is,
this is just the suck that must be gone through
to get out on the other side. And there may be hopelessness there. There may be helplessness there. There may be worthlessness there. Um,
what I'll do is I'll, um, send you Brandon, after this, uh, a list of these eight core motions we have in biomotor, and I would just look for them. When you say I'm feeling hopeless, what gets activated, feel it. When you say I'm feeling worthless, what gets activated, just feel it and spend some time just in it.
Recently, I spent, uh, three days in just this worthlessness. And I was just like, I'm just going to stick with it and stick with it and stick with it because I had been suppressing it. And that's where the numbness came in and the inability to work and the desire to, the lack of desire to do things. But when I was able to just be in it without getting caught up in my story of it, just feeling it and feeling it and feeling it through that, I was able to find the meaning in it.
So that would be my recommendation. I'll send you this list, just practice this and practice staying in this. And then on the other side of that, There's meaning now, right? As you're doing that.
[00:16:58] Practical Steps and Recommendations
Trinley: Um, there are two things that are really important when you're going through this sort of process. One is to stay in relationship, stay committed to relationship with the people in your life.
Uh, even when you feel helpless and hopeless and you don't want to talk to these people, this is the time when you most just got to say, well, I'm just going to do it. And I'm just going to, uh, Texas person, even though I don't want to text, I'm just going to go out to this event that my friends are doing.
I'm just going to do this call. I'm just going to have this dinner with my parents, whatever it is, even though I don't want to do it. It's important as you're going through this process of feeling these deep, uh, negative emotions that you stay in relationship, um, even, even when you don't want to. And then the similar thing there is to, uh, is to do things.
Uh, whether that be, uh, working out, uh, showering, um, going to the store, doing your hobbies, whatever it is. You just do the things, even though you don't have the energy to do them, even though you don't feel like doing them. Um, it's right within them that you find the life energy. And as you feel this worthlessness and hopelessness, and it comes into contact with the life energy of doing things.
And the life energy of connection, uh, that is the thing that transforms and allows you to, to break through those, those deep core, uh, negative feelings, um, and that's hard. That's why it's good to have like a coach or, um, something that they can support you in doing that. It's just hard when you don't want to do something to do it.
Anyway, um, questions about all the things I just said.
Brandon: So you're suggesting to go through the bio motive. Emotions and try them out.
Try feeling each one. And then I guess if one rings true to try and stick with that while still encountering the rest of my life. Exactly. Right. That sounds like a fair summary.
Trinley: Fair summary. Any questions about that? Comments, concerns?
Brandon: I usually find it pretty difficult to just like summon an emotion.
Trinley: It's hard. Um, so that's why we took a moment to, we grounded at the beginning of this. And then we found it in your body. And then we found words that, and then we welcomed it. And then we found words that resonated with it. All of those products, all of those, those skills are little micro skills.
that can help you get in touch with these emotions. Um, and so you just, you know, you just do that. You go through those steps. You let go of other things through the nine breath technique. Then you connect to the memory, and then you find the place in your body, and then you welcome it, and then you start expressing it.
Um, it's just this, uh, it's, you know, Uh, it's just a set of skills that, uh, that you'll work on over time. And so if you want to, you can look at the recording here and, uh, just, uh, listen to it as I'm taking you through those steps and go through it, uh, as you listen to it again in the future.
: Thank you.
Trinley: You're welcome. Um, and also again, if you can find, um, a therapist or a coach, um, that can help you with these, uh, with, with doing that on a regular basis, of course, you can come to these. Uh, the once a month in the free group we have here, um, to do that. Uh, but it can be good to have somebody who can help you along the way.
All right, my friend. Uh, thanks so much. And, uh, like with Jane, if you can just, you know, in a few days, uh, if you can get an update, um, and I'm not never ever looking for a specific thing in the updates. If the update is, I didn't do anything. I got distracted. That's great. If the update is, uh, I did it.
That's great. If the update is, I didn't do it. That's great. Not working. That's great. Okay. Um, to know where people are at in this group so that when they show up on these calls, I can meet them where they're at, is, is the desire for those updates.
All right. Uh, thanks, Fred. Does anybody else, uh, want to share?
Awab: Hello, friendly. Hello.
Trinley: Who's this? Is it a lab? Yes. A lab. How's it going my friend?
Awab: Good.
[00:22:38] Alab's Procrastination Issue
Awab: Um, I think, uh, my, uh, problem is procrastination. I thought that my problem was that I didn't have the right motivation or I didn't know exactly what I want.
But after going through the course, I think I'm clear in what I want. I know what to do. But I'm still procrastinating. I'm not taking the most efficient path to do the things that I say I want to do. I kept thinking about, like, is it, uh, like, maybe I'm not, maybe I don't want it. The thing that I, but like, I don't think that's the problem.
Yeah. I'm not sure where the problem is. Like I know exactly what I need to do. I know the steps.
Trinley: What do you need to do? What are the steps?
Awab: The step is to create some ads for like a product I'm working on. Okay. I have the ideas. I just need to write some copy, generate some images. And
Trinley: I want you to hold the question in the same way I described earlier.
To Jane and Brandon, okay? What would be bad about putting up those ads?
Awab: If it doesn't work, I don't know what else to do.
Trinley: Yeah, so there's the fear of failure. Yeah? Yes. And what would it mean if you didn't know what else to do? What would it mean about you or the world? I mean, so what if you don't know what else to do? Who cares?
Awab: I'll get lost. I'll be back in that horrible place of not knowing what to do.
And not having a role.
Trinley: Yeah. And so it actually feels nice to know exactly what you want to do and know exactly what you need to do, right? And if you actually acted, you would come to uncertainty again.
Awab: Yeah.
Yeah, if I do it, I'll go back to uncertainty. It's just like, I don't want to leave it.
Trinley: Okay.
Awab: That's crazy. Like, I didn't know. I didn't know that was something holding me back was the fear of actually doing it. Yeah, that's that's crazy. Enlightening.
Trinley: So
you went through the course you said,
Awab: Yes.
Trinley: Um, there's a technique. in the course, uh, called the map technique.
[00:25:23] Understanding the Map Technique
Trinley: Um, did you, did you, did you use the map technique at all?
Awab: Uh, can't remember the name, but
Trinley: I'll, I'll briefly summarize it. So let's say you're in a place, right? And you don't want to be in that, which is where you are now.
You're in a place. You want to be somewhere else?
Awab: Yes.
Trinley: And so it's really helpful if you're in the situation like that, that you have a map, right? You have a map so that you can navigate in the place you're in from the picture. Now, let's say you have a map and all you circle. is where you want to be. All you circle is this vision, this end state, where you want to be.
Now, you have a daydream, you have a destination, you have a vision, but it's not very useful to just know where you want to go on the map, because it still doesn't tell you anything to do right now. Now, alternatively, you could circle where you are now. You can circle, uh, your current location. Great.
Excellent. You have a map that shows you where you are, but still you don't know where to go. There's a million directions you can go. It doesn't give you any sense of it, but if you circle at the same time. where you want to be and where you are, suddenly you can start plotting out a path. This creates what's called creative tension between what is and what could be.
This tension creates what's called resolve in you, the sense of I will. And this resolve then turns into action.
Awab: I did, I did that exercise and I, I remember I wrote down like I really wanted to get it to that negative energy of what I'm running away from. I could get some negative motivation going. And it did work.
Not, it's not,
Trinley: this is not that it's not actually negative energy. So, this is actually where this technique goes wrong. You're actually focusing on the destination. The positive place you want to go. The thing that's showing you where you, where you, where you are is, is it tells you, okay, here's how to get there.
But the, the actual, uh, the actual power of this technique is turning the desire for the end state. Into a resolve to get there. So what I want you to do, we're going to do it, go through it right now. Um, and then we're going to do something else with that. Once we have that resolved, it's going to feel not quite right.
Do you still have this fear of uncertainty? And then we're going to do something else with that. So what I want you to do is I want you to think of, uh, what's called the moment of completion.
[00:28:41] Connecting to the End State
Trinley: Nothing left to do. You've done the act you want to get done. Uh, you've, you've made the ads in the way you want to make them.
They're done. You've published them. Yeah. You're there. It's good. Okay. And as you connect to that, you're also connecting, of course, to this end state through the ORIO technique, to this end state you want to do. So as you connect to that moment of completion, at the same time, I want you to notice where you are now.
The state of the ads is there now. Maybe you have a little brainstorming document or you don't have anything yet. Okay. So you're holding this end state. And you're noticing where you are.
[00:29:23] Overlaying Images and Feelings
Trinley: Now I want you to overlay these images and feelings together. So you're feeling them at the same
Awab: time. It's hard to feel the end state because I don't know what the end state looks like.
Trinley: Well, you know that you'll have ads that are successful and plate, right?
Awab: Yeah.
Trinley: But can you feel it? It'd be like to have ads that are successful and complete.
Awab: That's honestly hard. Uh, yeah. What
Trinley: would be bad about that? Then you'd have to go back into this uncertainty if it wasn't right.
Awab: I, even if it's right, I don't think I'm going to have certainty because now I have no problems.
Trinley: Perfect. Perfect.
[00:30:24] Welcoming and Understanding Fear
Trinley: So welcome that. Welcome that fear.
Where is the fear?
Awab: My chest. It's uh,
Trinley: yeah, right there. You're in it right now. Just stay right and welcome it.
Welcome it. Are
you scared of welcoming it?
Awab: Yeah.
Trinley: Welcome that. Welcome that fear of welcoming the fear.
What does it have to tell you? That fear of welcoming the fear, what does that tell you?
Awab: It's,
it's what are you going to do when you're uncertain? It's,
Trinley: it's
Awab: a meta question.
Trinley: What are you going to do when you're uncertain?
Awab: Yeah. Perfect.
[00:31:38] Exploring the Fear of Uncertainty
Trinley: And so, would this fear be willing to come along with us and bring its wisdom as we welcome this, this fear of the unknown?
This fear of fear, would it be welcome, willing to come along as you feel the fear itself and sort of mediate? You're feeling of it so that you don't end up in this place that you can't get out of.
Awab: I, I, I don't, I don't understand.
Trinley: You feel fear. Feeling this fear, right? And that fear is that if you feel that fear, what are you going to do? Right?
Awab: Yes.
Trinley: So that fear, if you feel that fear, what are you going to do? It has this wisdom. It has this sense. That if you feel that fear, you're going to get yourself into some dangerous place, right?
That you can't get out of someplace. You're going to get stuck. Is that right? That's right. So how would it feel to really connect to that fear, but also stay connected to it so that if you start to get into this place where you can't get out of, you'll immediately back off. This fear is going to stay with us as we connect to the fear in your chest and help us to make sure you don't get into that state.
Do you understand what we're asking?
Awab: No,
Trinley: if you feel the fear in your chest, there's this where you're going to get into a, uh, an un, uh, an unsafe state, right?
Awab: Yes. And it's, it's kind of guaranteed. Even if I succeed or fail, I'm going to end up in that place.
Trinley: That's right.
[00:33:30] Integrating Fear and Resistance
Trinley: And so all I'm asking is if we can, uh, if we can connect to that fear, the fear that you, that you are guaranteed to end up into, if you act.
You can connect to that, or you're worried about it. You're worried about connecting to it, right? You're worried about welcoming
Awab: it.
Trinley: And for that worry, what I want you to do is, is you're going to ask a question to that worry about connecting to it. Okay? So we're a meta level up. You have the fear and then you have the worry about connecting.
This worry knows that you've been in a place before where when you connect to this fear, you get totally paralyzed. Is that right? That's right.
Awab: Yes.
Trinley: And this worry doesn't want you to get back into this place.
Awab: Yes.
Trinley: So, what if there was a way to reconnect to this fear without getting back into that place?
Awab: What does reconnect mean?
Trinley: To welcome the fear, like you were just about to. It
means to welcome the fear into your body. That's what reconnect means.
Awab: I don't see how that can be of any benefit.
Trinley: You don't see how it can be of any benefit?
Awab: Yes. Okay.
Trinley: Because you're, because you're just going to get into this free state? Is that why?
Awab: Because is it will amplify the fear.
Trinley: Interesting. So your theory is that if you welcome a feeling, you will amplify it.
Awab: Yes.
Trinley: Interesting. Have you tested that?
Awab: No.
Trinley: So here's what we tend to find is that, uh, it's like I was talking about with Jane earlier, when you have, And emotion and you fight against it, all this energy gets trapped in there. And now you're spending a lot of energy fighting against it. And this you're spending the same amount of energy trying to get out.
And so you've, you've had a hand on a hand and, uh, and the, this thing just keeps growing and growing and growing. What you resist. Persists.
Awab: Now. Makes
Trinley: sense. Yeah. If instead of trying to hold this, I can open this, which is what we're trying to do now. There's a part of you that says, I can't feel this. If we say, okay, uh, what if you were to come along and feel this fear in a way that didn't let you get totally hopeless?
Then this fear comes out. Now this fear says, I don't want you to be in a situation where you don't know what you're going to do next. I don't want you to be in a situation. This fear says, I don't want you to be totally hopeless. This fear says, I don't want you to be in a situation where you don't know what to do.
If both of them can express that, and you start feeling this and feeling this and feeling this.
[00:36:57] Finding Hope and Control
Trinley: And then underneath that, you start saying, Oh, what if there's a way where I could plan what I want to do when I'm not scared, I can plan what I want to do if this fails, and I can plan what I want to do if this succeeds, then I know what to do if I fail, and I know what to do if I succeed, and I can take action, so I'm not in this totally hopeless state.
Now, that's just one solution. That solution might not speak to these fears. But the only way you can move forward in a way that speaks to all of the wisdom Inside of all of these fears that you have is to stop resisting and instead welcome
Awab: when you said, uh, what are you going to do if you succeed? Like that's planning.
Basically, that feels so much more comfortable than what I was, um, rejecting, which is, um, to go in into the unknown into the.
Trinley: Yeah, exactly. Right. Of course, it's going to feel more comfortable to do the action and ignore the underlying feelings. Um, but how's that been working for you?
Awab: It's not like, well, right.
Trinley: There are, there, there is a way. Where you could connect to higher forces and then say, I reject this fear because it's not who I want to be, but that's not what I teach in this course. That's not what I teach people who, especially people have trouble with procrastination. I first recommend going the other way.
I first recommend learning how to completely go right into your resistances and fears. And within them, find the motivation within them, find the power to move forward. Once you do that, then sure. We can start talking about building your willpower and, uh, letting emotions wash over you and the more, uh, what I call Apollonian, uh, types of motivation.
[00:38:52] Practical Steps for Integration
Trinley: But, but I recommend for you to start with, and let's just do a moment of it right now to get a sense of it only if you're ready, uh, but what I recommend to start with is just going into in that, allowing that to give its wisdom to allow you to find the next step that takes into account all of these fears and the let's go that takes into account all the wisdom in these fears and let's go of all of the crazy delusions.
The only way to do that is to feel them completely.
So given that, is this part of you that was worried about welcoming this fear willing to welcome it just for now, just for a moment to try to, to go right within it and find the power there?
Awab: I'm willing to do that. I think that's, I think that's what I have to do.
Trinley: Okay. So try that right now. I want you to find that fear in your chest.
And the first thing I want you to do is just drop into it.
And then as you drop into it, If you can, I want you to welcome it into the entirety of your body. And
I want you to start breathing as this sphere would breathe.
I want you to start thinking as this sphere would think.
And sitting as this sphere would think, would sit.
And just hold this question. Same question we asked earlier. What do you want for me? What do you want for Obama?
Awab: I want you to stay in this certain but better life.
Trinley: And what's important about that? Why does it matter? What will staying in this certain space do for you?
Awab: Protects me from going into uncertainty.
Trinley: Sure. It protects you from the uncertainty. But through that protection, then what? What do you get? What do you have? What happens?
Awab: It stops me from growth. It stops me from doing anything.
Trinley: No, no, no. I want you to ask the question of this part that has a positive intention.
So through avoiding this uncertainty and staying certain, then what will you be able to do? The positive thing that will happen. So hold that question, and then directly from this sphere, answer the question.
Awab: You get to, I get, it's telling me that I get to feel, um, more in control.
Trinley: Yeah, the sense of control.
Awab: Yeah.
Trinley: And if you had this sense of control, fully, completely, deeply, securely, such that there is no more control this part could ever want or need for you. Now having that sense of control, what even deeper thing does it want through that sense of control?
Awab: There's hope, hope. Yeah.
Trinley: So feel that hope that it wants for you. Notice if you there's any gratitude, there might not be gratitude for this strategy of not acting right. You might be sort of fed up with that, but it's sort of like a kid like you ever. I don't know if you ever experienced this but sometimes kids will try to do something like to come down and into the kitchen.
And suddenly there's like smoke coming out of the oven and there's flour everywhere. And there's this strange smell. They hand you this like big black rock. Uh, and they're like, Oh, I made you cookies and you eat it and he's like vinegar and you're like, I don't, I don't really agree with the strategy you had here, but the attention is so positive.
I really appreciate it. So notice if there's any gratitude for the intention. This part wants for you to have this hope.
Awab: Yeah, yeah. Now I understand when you say connect to it. Yeah. It's not as I was just too afraid to connect, but now I see that it is.
It wants something good for me, actually.
Trinley: And so, so that would be your first step, Awam, is when you're going to act and you're not connect to the fear and connect to the hope that it wants for you underneath the fear. That's all you're going to do when you want to act and you know, it's yourself, not connect to the fear and connect to the hope underneath the fear.
So once you begin to start, uh, allowing yourself, allowing that fear to come in, then you may ask the fear. Okay. So if I did want to act, do you have any suggestions for how I can make sure that hope is there for how we can make sure that we can get that positive outcome? Even if I did act, And you can switch this resistance.
You spent so much energy fighting this resistance. You can switch it for now. We're going in the same direction. Any questions, comments, concerns about that?
Awab: Uh, I can find hope. I'm, I'm unable to find hope after the action. It's here before the action, but there isn't.
Trinley: Um,
okay. So what you do then is you just connect to the hope that it wants. That's all you do. You just connect to the hope that it wants, and you, again, you can ask it, is there any way that we can bring this hope towards the action itself? If the answer is no, that's great. Just keep connecting to it. This is going to be the first step.
Now, once you do that, we can do what's called integrating this resistance. We can take this resistance, we can have it meet the part of you that wants to go there. They can each share their wisdom, they can let go of what's no longer serving you, and there can be this internal shift. Um, there's a little bit about it in the book that's, uh, available, uh, in the group.
Uh, I go a little bit into how to integrate resistance, but, uh, for you specifically, the first part of that integrate resistance is to activate the resistance to, and to accept it. That's the first foundation that allows these other pieces to happen. So that's going to be your thing right now. It's just do this.
And then you can gradually begin bringing in this, uh, what if we did act to start trying to do integration, but start with the activation and the except, um, and I think what you'll find is already, that's going to be a huge shift at first, it's going to suck to feel a fear, but then as you really feel into it and see the positive intention, you start to get this energy that you were suppressing previously.
So I think you're going to find already, that's going to start to make some difference. And then if you come again, Uh, or you do coaching with me or you join, uh, the paid coaching group. Um, then we can get more into, uh, integrating that resistance from it.
Great. All right, my friend, uh, good luck. And as always, if you can update next few days, just let me know how it goes, uh, make a post in the group.
Awab: All right.
Trinley: All right.
[00:48:04] Coaching and Group Updates
Trinley: Um, thanks for sticking around everyone. Um, so just briefly, um, I'm going to be, uh, probably this or next week. Launching, uh, the paid version of this group.
Um, so that will have, um, this coaching, uh, every week. Uh, so you'll be able to come every week and give updates, uh, rather than monthly, like the, the, uh, free group. Um, I just can't justify giving my time right now. Um, doing, uh, doing all of it every week, uh, in the free group. But the paid group, I'm going to be doing this group coaching every week.
I'll also be going through the curriculum. Uh, where I teach the skills, uh, I teach you how to use tools like we just went through the map technique. I teach you how to integrate resistance, uh, and make that a natural part of who you are, teach you how to do the identity shift work, how to do the life transformation work, the four steps of the life method.
I take you through the curriculum. We also do the coaching. Um, eventually that group is going to be, uh, probably a hundred bucks a month. But for the first few people, as the group gets started, I'm going to start it at 20 bucks a month for the first five people. Um, so if you're interested in that, uh, just let me know either now or, uh, DM me in the group.
[00:49:30] Paid Group Launch Details
Trinley: Uh, I recommend, especially if you're procrastinator, do it as soon as possible if you're interested. Um, and then you'll be locked in at that, uh, at that rate, even as I continue to raise the price, there's more people joining. Um, I also do coaching myself. For a limited time, probably I'm going to keep doing it as a pay what you think it was worth session.
So you pay what you can pay. Um, you answer two questions. What was it worth to you? And what can you afford? And then you pay the lower of those two numbers. So if you want to do coaching. With me again, either let me know now or, uh, send me a DM in the group now and, um, and we can do that together. Um, otherwise you're welcome to just stay in this group.
I will continue to do these free, uh, group sessions. We also have what's called intentionality dojos once a month, where you come with something you'd like to work on. And then I walk you through the process you need to do. In order to, um, to access that from a place of joyful flow and get into work. And then we all work together.
Um, and then, and then at the end, we sort of integrate that, that sort of joyful flow that we learned. Uh, we have Q and A's that also happen once a month, so you're more than welcome to just stay in this group.
[00:50:52] Final Q&A and Closing Remarks
Trinley: Um, any final things that are coming up for people, things that people want to discuss, questions about any of the, uh, programs I just mentioned, anything like that, that anybody wants to bring up.
Uh, and it's just popcorn. So if you have something, just feel free to say it.
When and how did you say the paid group, uh, was going to be listed? Yeah. So, um, what I'll do is I'm going to, uh, in the, in the main group, I'm going to, uh, post something. It says, Hey, I'm starting this group. First five people, this price. Uh, first five people to respond, let me know. Um, and, uh, and then the first five people to respond will be great, but you guys are the ones who showed up here.
So I'm going to give you, uh, you know, which, which bodes well for this sort of group, if you show up, that's, that's what's needed to happen to get success from this sort of group. So if you message me now, or you just tell me now, uh, save me a spot. I want to be one of those five. Then you'll just be one of those five that will get that, uh, that 20, uh, Uh, a month rate and then, you know, probably the next 5 will be 40 and just keep going up till we get to the 100, uh, sort of thing.
So, uh, so yeah, so you can either, you know, DM me or let me know now, or you can try and be one of those first 5 that responds when I, you Uh, when I post that in the group,
I'm interested, Um, does you're interested mean you'll join when it starts? Sure. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So we got, uh, is that Jane who did that? Yeah. Okay. Let me just make a note of that.
All right, friends. Um, so I'll, I will, uh, as soon as the group starts, I will DM you and let you know. Um. Which, again, should be this for next. Alright, friends. Um, yeah. So give me your updates in the next few days on, um, on the group. And Jane and Brandon, I will, uh, I'll message you when that new group opens.
Have a good one, friends. Thanks, guys. Bye.
