Worked out with my buddy 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Workout: chest, triceps, shoulders and a bit of biceps (I know it’s a lot😅)
As usual we started with a good stretch, always super important to avoid injuries!!
- bench press: 3x10reps @ 1 plate
- Dumbbell Incline press: 1x8reps @30lbs/ 2x8reps @20lbs (never done this exercise before so we’ll work up to it)
- Dumbbell shoulder press: 3x9reps @20lbs
- Lateral Raises: 2x15reps @20lbs/ 1x12reps @30lbs
- Pull-downs: 3x20reps @30lbs either side
- Cable pulls: 3x10reps @20lbs both sides
- Dumbbell superset (curls, hammer curls and behind the head hammer curls): 3 sets. 10xcurls-5xhammer curls- 12xbehind the head hammer curls. 30lbs, 25lbs and 20lbs
