Decision has been made to train for a Sub 3hr marathon. Mississauga Marathon, April 2025. I’ve been dealing with a sternum injury for a while now so I haven’t been able to push hard in the gym. Still gotta get after it tho, so at least this gives me something hard to work towards.
This will be my 7th marathon/ultra and my most intense marathon prep yet🏃⚡️💪🏼 This one is way outside of my comfort zone, but that’s where the growth happens.
