Accuracy on Knowledge Base
I'm working on a chatbot for an ecommerce store and I'm using voiceflow. I notice that the knowledge base is not very accurate. I used all the models on the free plan.
Do you have any advice to increase the accuracy and the consistency of the results of the knowledge base ?
