Accuracy on Knowledge Base
I'm working on a chatbot for an ecommerce store and I'm using voiceflow. I notice that the knowledge base is not very accurate. I used all the models on the free plan. Do you have any advice to increase the accuracy and the consistency of the results of the knowledge base ?

@Fathi Metalsi thanks ! Yes, I have started this project with no code and don’t want to move to custom code until I have finished this project with voice flow. In first place, I don’t really care if it’s consume more token as I will refine with the time. It’s more a learning project. Your 2 suggestions will help me for sure !

@Suraj Jorwar, as @Ana Crosatto Thomsen already said, it's all about your project. If you have interest into bringing business value, a lot can be done using models with their api like LLM. You don't NEED to learn data science even it is a good complement. If you want to be complex things or just enhanced the field, I would recommend to go on a more complex Data Science path.

After a long career in managing professional services consultants and solution architects, thought of learning AI hands-on from the basics. Going thru the intro/roadmap video, I was impressed by the approach adopted here. Hope to have a great learning experience. thanks
