SL: Editing a copy is useless, here's why.
PV: You can't get much copy work done because of this...
Hey %NAME%,
Writing a copy while editing every part of it at the same time will never make any sense.
That’s why today, I’m going to tell you why you’ll never get any work done and how to fix it.
%NAME%, there are two parts of the brain:
Your,
  • Creative Mind
  • Logic Mind
Now picture this: you’re writing a copy, but you can’t move on to the next line.
Why? Because you’re STILL stuck deciding what your lead should look like.
So, you waste loads of time thinking, writing, and editing the first 3 lines of your copy.
All of a sudden, you realize that your ideas don’t flow well,
and this project isn’t going anywhere.
That’s why you keep getting left behind, %NAME%.
Your Creative Mind won’t express its ideas well if you keep editing with your Logic Mind.
The two won’t cooperate if you try to use them at the same time.
One part will think it’s a great idea, while the other will try to justify or perfect it.
Instead of waiting for the perfect words to appear, why not just write them down
and edit them later?
As a wise copywriter once said,
“Write Drunk, Edit Sober.”
Just write and let your ideas flow, like I do.
Once you’re done, fix it for the better.
That’s how great and compelling copy is crafted.
Apply this copywriting philosophy and see the changes, just like Ron, who had the same problem years ago.

Another Version
SL: Write Drunk, Edit Sober.
PV: Why you can't get much work done is because of THIS mistake you don’t know you’re doing.
Hey %NAME%,
Here’s the hard truth: Writing and editing at the same time is killing your progress.
You’re trying to polish every sentence before you’ve even finished a draft, and that’s why you’re stuck.
Let me explain,
Your brain’s split in two,
The Creative Mind that generates ideas and the Logic Mind that picks them apart.
When you try to write and edit simultaneously, you’re throwing these two into a brawl.
Your ideas stall, your flow dies, and you’re left staring at the same sentence, reworking it for the third time.
Sound familiar? This is why your copy isn't getting finished.
Instead of trying to make everything perfect, write first.
Raw. Messy.
Let your Creative Mind run wild.
Once you’ve got the ideas down,
THEN EDIT.
Fix it later. just like Ron did.

He was stuck just like you, but when he learned this pro tip, everything changed.
