The Compounding Effect of Habits
There's a book called "The Compound Effect" that I read recently, which emphasizes the importance of habits and consistency.
In essence, creating a new, healthy habit won't make a huge change in your life within the first few days.
You might not even notice anything after a few weeks.
But months, and years later, you will notice a HUGE difference from just making small and simple adjustments in your life.
Better yet, the difference will be so big that the people AROUND you will start to notice.
As long as you're consistent, a small adjustment can lead to a huge result.
Highly recommend the book to anyone who is looking for motivation to start new habits.
