Water… So simple but powerful
I’m really appreciating the instruction surrounding water. I often neglect it or procrastinate and with your course I’m putting water as a priority. Putting drinking water as the second item of the day ensures that I do it. A glass of water is the key to clearing my mind and means I’m not unknowingly struggling with dehydration. I’ve often put showering as the end of work task because I “have so much to do.” But I’m realizing that showering before I do start my list of tasks makes me refreshed and focused. It changes my mood. I know these seem like very minor revelations, but when focus and productivity are challenging, these are really powerful game changers for me. Thank you.

Dream Tasks
This really helped because I’ve been putting too many things on my list and feeling discouraged or having to work for too long each day. Great tips to break it down. Thank you!

Dream Task/ Life Task
Writing my dream tasks at the same time as my life tasks is motivating me far more than my infinite To Do lists. I’m reminded several times a day that they are all connected. As I start to procrastinate on my list of things that I want to get done I’m easily reminded that they are all equally important. I’ve completed several things that I’ve been putting off already. Thanks!

Feeling the Magic
I committed to finishing all of the items on my cue cards yesterday. Tbh, I got into bed feeling like I had failed myself but then visualized the cards and the words “Dream Tasks”. And I jumped out of bed and finished everything! In spite of only 4.5 hours sleep, once my eyes opened today I heard the words “wake up motivated “. I got up feeling accomplished and excited for the day! Accomplished few things out of order from my list but I’m getting through it. This post is part of my Scribe in SAVERS, so it’s a bit of a stretch but…. Marking it as a win! Lol Thank you Beau. 🥰 Sending everyone else on this journey some love and encouragement!
