I’m really appreciating the instruction surrounding water. I often neglect it or procrastinate and with your course I’m putting water as a priority. Putting drinking water as the second item of the day ensures that I do it. A glass of water is the key to clearing my mind and means I’m not unknowingly struggling with dehydration. I’ve often put showering as the end of work task because I “have so much to do.” But I’m realizing that showering before I do start my list of tasks makes me refreshed and focused. It changes my mood. I know these seem like very minor revelations, but when focus and productivity are challenging, these are really powerful game changers for me.
