There isn't many of us but I've spent the last year or so perfecting my YT ads to integrate it as a core part of what I do. Reason for that is because of the lead quality.
I personally prefer the YT ads platform over FB (i've ran both), specifically for higher-ticket programs and call/funnels, so if you are running that type of funnel or looking to and want to diversify from FB as the main source of traffic into a program. It's definitely worth trying.
Youtube ads is awesome because you're able to target based on INTENT, meaning you can target based on what people are searching.
So if you have a offer to train people how to land IT jobs, you can literally target people searching up "IT Resume recommendations" on YT and get in front of them, whereas FB is interest based and you have to rely on FB's AI algorithm for getting in front of those people.
Sam Ovens has hosted masterclasses for YT ads in the past because it's a real powerful beast and alot of coaches just don't use it compared to FB even tho it's arguably a better platform. With that being said though, skool doesn't have any way to send conversion data back to google like it can with facebook. So if you're running ads straight to skool, you're better off with FB for now, but if you're running ads to a call funnel and have a proven offer organically/with fb ads, YT ads is a blue ocean.
All in all, the power/strength of Youtube ads is that the average quality of the cold traffic there is higher compared to FB due to it's targeting strengths.
