I have several Skool Games winners who I write copy for, and there's a couple things their about pages all incorporate.
DESPITE having totally different niches they all have:
🚀 Good Graphics (Use clear, intentional graphics with intentional copy)
🚀 VSL (Video Sales Letter): Build trust and credibility with your story.
🚀 Description Copy with:
- A Promise: Start with a problem/promise
- Emojis: Use to make the page engaging.
- Bullets: List key deliverables briefly and clearly.
- Urgency: Motivate action with limited availability or price increase.
- CTA (Call to Action): End with a clear action, like "join now" or "book a call."
- Bonuses (optional): Add extra attractive offers if applicable.
Conversational Language: Write like you’re speaking directly to the prospect.
