Skool history in the making
I've been on this platform since the start of the skool games...and these last 2 months are different. We saw @Max Perzon make history last month, generating an INSANE $230k in less than 1 month And he did that with a team of 4 🤯 And now THIS month we're seeing something else incredibly exciting starting... @Atena Pegler and @Gabor Kriston are making history with a software based offer. They've done over 6-figures in less than three weeks with a community that's only a couple months old and a team of only 4. They are following the trail Max blazed but at an INSANELY FAST rate. Why's that cool? Because it's changing the landscape of what's possible for you. If you have a Skool community, an agency, or any type of online business, you have an ability to scale faster than any generation before us. And it doesn't require a team of 50 employees anymore. How do you start? - Find an offer that solves a problem - Post content (use feedback to refine your offer) - Monetize it on skool - Get a couple friends to join as "beta clients" - Get testimonials - Run ads and post content based on the results you got your beta clients BONUS: If you want to take it up a notch and grow really fast, offer referral bonuses to your clients (Like how Atena has, with her 100% referral bonuses) There's been dozens of niches, demographics, and different price points to win so at this point the door is open for anyone who decides to commit. There's something you can learn from every winner. They've all done it differently. Some rely solely on paid traffic, other's only affiliates, others completely organic...but most? Most use a combination. P.S. 1 thing you'll see across every community going for the games is URGENCY. Max, Atena, and @Michael Mnatsakanian all have used limited spots and/or price increases

3 things I learned after making $10k+ with Skool DM's
I slept on this feature for TOO LONG. (skip to the bottom for some bonus action steps) After bringing in a couple grand in the final hours of the skool games, I realized there were a few key secrets to convert free members to paid members via the DM feature: 1. Start conversations with the auto dm by asking a "pre-answered" question 💌 - This means you ask a this-or-that question where the member doesn't have to do a lot of thinking to answer. Keep this question short and relevant. Example: "Have you ever done copywriting before, or are you new to the industry?" 2. Use DM's to promote your calls as "value ads" and make sales live 📞 - Design your sales call scripts to add genuine value to your prospects, so when you promote a "strategy call" it's genuinely giving them a strategy. Solve a real problem for your members. - Then use short DM's to promote these calls as the solution to helping the member achieve a goal 3. Customize DM's 😎 - Don't just copy paste a dm to everyone in your group. The body of a promotional dm can stay the same but at the very least customize the name, using either an automation or manually Good copy should speak to the desires of your audience even when you're pitching Now, based on results I've seen with my top clients, and my own community, these are a couple bonus rules I follow: - Keep DM's under 100 words - Give people the full URL for whatever your CTA is (you can't hyperlink) - Send DM's 1-3 times per week (more than that gets ignored/causes churn) - Use the DM's to promote, while adding value via classroom, calls, and posts Cheers!

LEGENDARY
Give Free Members everything Paid Members get, except for 1 thing.
Selling course material is stupid, do this instead 👇 ⚠️ Warning: You may not like or agree with what I write here, but I promise it will make you more money if you implement this tactic. I don't sell information. I give it all away for free. ALL OF IT. Information has never been more free, abundant, and undervalued. So why try n sell it? Master @Frank Kern told me years ago that if I want to make a lot of money, I should first "prove to people you can help them by actually helping them." I took that to heart. Now? My FREE Skool community members get everything my low ticket ($197/month) & my high ticket (north of 5k) clients get, except for 1 thing... What's the thing? It's the only thing worth paying for! A service. An incredibly helpful service. I give everything (all my BEST course material + pdf's, recordings, etc.) away for free to my free Skool community members, and I reserve only my services for my paid members. Why? 100+ reasons. But here's one: How can I ethically withhold helpful information from people when I genuinely want to see them succeed ASAP? I can't. That'd be asinine. Which is why my free Skool community members get access to: 1) The same course materials my HT clients have access to. 2) The same links and resources my HT have access to. 3) The same workshops my HT have access to. 4) And yes... even the same group zoom coaching calls my HT attend! So then... what do my HT & LT clients get that my free members don't get? I already told you... A service! Your services can look like whatever you want them to look like, but here's what mine looks like: My low ticket clients get 5x small group sessions per week with my team & I where we help them grow their business quickly. Our service includes reviewing their Skool community, website, funnel, content, DM's, sales calls, etc. and giving them feedback to make everything better. My high ticket clients, on the other hand, get to work directly (1 on 1) with me & my team on Zoom (or IRL) for even quicker results.

Waste of space on the About page
If there’s only one image or video on the About landing page, this section takes up a lot of prime space. Should it be hidden if there’s only one image or video? What do you all think?
