Now I'm not one to be called a liar....because I don't lie. I didn't build a business that has been runing successfully for 12 years on lies...
With that said how would you respond to this DM?
I thought about just refunding the customer which I probably should. If they are going to come off the rip like this it's not worth my time...all that's going to come of this customer is problems in my experience.
The thing about me is I choose to work with you and you don't choose to work with me. Once you figure that out it's another level in business.
On the other hand I may give the benefit of the doubt as what they did was click an old email which indeed did include all that.
This email was probably a month ago when we luanched.
