I’ve heard so many people say that one of the best ways to get to know a firm is to speak to people who work there. The best way to do that is in person but if you can’t, then there’s LinkedIn. However, I’m confused about how to approach the conversation. I’ve asked trainees about the culture, seats, partner approachability etc. however I want to ask better questions so that I can get more targeted information.
