Update for tonight
Hello beautiful people I’ve just got back into reception after a beautiful few days at Torus Ouroboros
Apologies for any inconvenience with the late notice, but I will not be back in time to run a class this evening
I will update live sessions over the next few days so that we can gain consistent practice with the breath
I also have some recordings that I will share with you very soon
