Got to my first Q&A session with Jeff today (and a rather sweet looking doggy, video bombing in the background!)
Spent some time discussing the things I am stuck on as well things that were going well. He was so positive and affirming of my improvisation when doing my rollover practice.
Also got advice on best foods to eat before a swim session especially for those longer ones i.e. 60-90 minutes for me.
Chatted about the deep water course they are planning on running in January 2025 which I hope I will be ready for. Anyone else in the community planning to make this?
