Hi Coach Jeff and Coach Meredith,
I am hoping by the end of my 10 days in Cyprus to be in a good place my skills are developing well and i'm now working on my flip turn and breathing to one side every 3rd rotation, which I hope to have mastered by the end of my hols. Today I managed a fairly respectable 75 meters (3 x 25m) in the pool a mix of a kind of front crawl and a very relaxed back stroke (Remembering air in lungs = not sinking, and to find a happy place and RELAX)😀.
As I develop my skills unfortunately I have no chance of getting out to one of your retreats as I'm in the UK and have work commitments which would make it fairly impossible. How would I go about working through the treading water and deep water mastery when i'm ready and a happy relaxed 5
