I always though I was accomplishing tasks using will power. Then I realized that will power is temporary. You only have it for a short time. Look at New Year's Resolutions - how many last until the end of January? What will benefit us most is focusing on systems, discipline, and habits. I wake up around 4:00 AM, do prayer and meditation, then head for the health club. It is a habit. I do it every day. What habits do you have than contribute to your success?
