This may be horrible news for staffing companies and recruiters but it certainly warrants taking a look at. Off-Work is a 100% AI driven recruiter.

I am not saying it is going to replace their human counterparts but it is all the more reason that regardless of your industry, you need to stay up to speed with AI. The true winners will be those who understand and use AI to enhance their offerings. The others will be replaced.

I am not endorsing this service but I will take a look and see what it does well and where it falls short.

I can tell you right off the bat, it is not inexpensive. To use the service to hire locally runs $7,500 a MONTH!
