Over the weekend I had a debt relief ad hit by the community standards algorithm thinking the ad is trying to scam people. They restricted my profile and now I can't create ads or unpause existing ads The weird thing is it seems to be a different front-end algorithm that flagged this because nothing in my ad accounts is actually marked or rejected. Then my business manager says I've been restricted since Feb 23rd even though I was just making ads Friday... Seems like it's all glitched. I'm trying to get in touch with support to fix this, but we all know how bad they are. How would you guys go about safely adding more profiles to your BM in this scenario? My wife's account is in there now, but I'm worried about getting totally locked out if something happens to her account and I can't get in touch with a decent support agent.

So I have a lot of experience with CRMs, landing pages, running ads on FB. But I mostly have experience running ads for other companies in normal industries like insurance. So how are you guys picking your offers? I imagine accounts like this get banned easily. John shared some of those which is helpful. Are their metrics for various industries on the CPL/CPC or are affiliates just flying blind throwing money at ads hoping one will land? It took a lot of trial/error to know what the insurance market cost. Seems like there is plenty of content on line on the "how" to do things but not the actual cost and measuring profitability of these offers. Ive invested most of my time and money into promoting offers that I know pay for years to come with software/CRMs. So promoting offers like this for health companies seems kind of sketchy.

My ad accounts keeps getting disable, "We noticed some unusual activity, so we've disabled your ad account. Verify your account to run ads again." Each time I attempt to resolve this by providing my bank statement, I receive the following response almost immediately: "Our records indicate that your payments account was disabled because it violates Facebook from Meta's Terms of Service. To protect our users, we can't confidently re-enable your payments account at this time. Please note, we take many factors into account when disabling payments, including spend history, ad characteristics, and contradictory account information. On one occasion, my account was briefly re-enabled, but it was disabled again immediately after publishing an ad. This issue has occurred across multiple ad accounts, Business Managers, and payment cards, and it seems to have started after my account was hacked. At that time, I had to file a chargeback due to Meta not processing a refund. I would appreciate any advice

Recently started pay per call for the first time. In my first few calls, some calls were dropped at 00:00:01 second and a few others were not even connected. I sent around 20 calls in total. Almost 60% of the calls went like this. Is that normal in the industry?
