Pay upfront?
Do you get the clients to pay for the leads upfront? E.g pay 100$ per lead, order minimum 20 leads per month.
= They pay 100x20 = 2000 upfront => you go ahead generate the leads for less than 2k to make a profit.
Or do you pay for adspend, generate leads first and THEN invoice the client?
