This is a time of year for celebration and relaxation!
Take these life-moments & embrace them!
We do want to minimise over-doing our eating during Christmas - so yes we want that sweet spot between no over-restricting and not over-doing

Here's how (4 quick tips)
1️⃣ Enjoy the festivities & don’t feel guilty for participating
2️⃣ Eat plenty of lean protein & veggies earlier in the day
3️⃣ Eat your fav foods by being mindful of portions
4️⃣ Continue lifting weights & staying active joyfully
Bonus, if you’re following a meal plan right now, try and stick to number of meals off plan (i.e., 3 meals off plan during the Christmas week)
