Let's trial doing 3 self care strategies a week for the next month. List what you are going to do on Monday and label 'done' on Sunday when you achieve these. Examples of self-care practices could be: daily journalling, practising gratitude, celebrating your wins, doing some exercise, going for a walk, working on a hobby, being more mindful/practising mindfulness etc.
