Self-Care Weekly Challenge 🌿🍡
Let's trial doing 3 self care strategies a week for the next month. List what you are going to do on Monday and label 'done' on Sunday when you achieve these. Let's keep this going for the rest of the month and into November. Free digital products for those who are consistent with their self care practice. Examples of self-care practices could be: daily journalling, practising gratitude, celebrating your wins, doing some exercise, going for a walk, working on a hobby, being more mindful/practising mindfulness etc. For motivation, I am going to leave you with a quote from Mark Manson:

I guess - Making an effort to socialise after the workday, walking as well and baking.
