Hey everyone, I’m new to Make and need some advice! I have a small Shopify store and want to automate my customer support workflow. Specifically, I’d like to analyze incoming emails and organize them into categories. For example:
- General questions → Category "1" → AI generates an auto-reply.
- Refund requests → Category "2" → Sends me a notification.
However, it’s not always easy to categorize emails just by keywords; sometimes, understanding the context is necessary. I was thinking about using ChatGPT for this, but I’m not sure if it’s the best approach or if it integrates well with Make.
Is something like this possible? Or would you suggest a better way to handle context-based email categorization and automation?
