Status Change in Airtable; what's the right Make trigger?
I'm getting my social media manager close to ready! My setup includes one base with two tables (blogs, posts) in Airtable. The first scenario I've created allows me to click a button in Airtable that will ready my blog, create a summary, and then create one post + image for 7 days across multiple platforms. On the posts table, I have Airtable automation setup to change status when the date/time is met from draft to publish. I want to use this event as the Make trigger to actually publish the posts to their respective channels. From what I've read, the closest suggestion is the Watch Records trigger for Airtable. However, from what I understand, Watch Records is only looking for new records. Any suggestions for the appropriate Make trigger to recognize those records in publish status?

@Mason Anderson that's a lot of the solutions I've seen, too - a script in Airtable. I'm trying to keep my costs and subscriptions down but may have found a less than elegant solution. Triggering an Airtable Search Records every x minutes allows me to return an array of records. By the time I'm done, I'll have 4-5 posts per day (text, image, video). I can iterate through the array, have the posts run through the appropriate filters, and then publish to the correct channel. It be great to be more efficient with the Make flows need to focus on the overall goal, too.

@Mason Anderson I didn't do the scripts but I did activate the Make Scenario from the button. The Scenario needs to be active and set to run immediately. I've still got some tinkering to do on this social media maker, but here's it running via webhook when selecting the button.

I don't have AI automation setup, although I will soon. Right now, we use Loomly to post across all of our channels, but previous to that I used Zapier to run across all of them. I can't say whether it impacted my presence as I'm still working out the right content.

Webhooks with No Bundles
I found this video on setting up a social media content creation workflow. Based on the recommenation, I've set up an Airtable with their suggested fields. When I first tested this scenario, the webhook picked up the Airtable row. Now, when I try to run the webhook there are no bundles found. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks @Mason Anderson, I love the button idea! I guess, with this method, the interaction with the URL/button is the actual trigger - right? If so, it wasn't exactly what I had drawn up but may work just as well. Initially, I was thinking of having a full list of blogs. Then on a regular schedule, the flow triggers to create the social media posts. With this, however, I believe I can still lay out the full list of blogs but then manually trigger the flow by the URL/button.
