@Cibele Meinberg Are you using chatGPT? You can automate sending info from the form to ChatGPT and ask it to output as a table, then send that to Google Docs or Sheets. This would be a pretty straightforward Make scenario.

@Cibele Meinberg The other option would be to use Airtable. You can create tables in airtable that can be turned straight into a form. When data is entered into the form your airtable receives all the data immediately without needing any ai formatting.

I use ClickUp as a primary organizer. It's my task manager, to-do list, and calendar, and I usually automate all my task organization. Think of it as an amazing calendar that you can customize fully and assign things to your team. You can automate task creation and assignment and things like that with Make. For a CRM and for my CMS I use my my big brain tool I built in airtable. For custom setups you would need to pay for ClickUp and what you get is much clunkier than airtable. I use clickup for free and it does a ton but anything they want you to pay for you might as well pay for a better platform.
