Is your mind an asset or a liability?
Many of the limits we place on ourselves are made from our own imaginations. We overthink situations before they even happen, making up our own scenarios. It ultimately stems from two places: 1) The fear of failure 2) The fear of success If you're dealing with the fear of failure, as yourself what's worse... failing but learning more, or never trying? If your problem is more the fear of success, isn't that what you desire in the first place? What a great thing to have more problems because you're growing! What holds most people back from ever being who they were created to be? The beliefs they have on who they are and what they are capable of. YOU are made for GREATNESS. What limit are you currently placing on yourself that really doesn't make sense? How are you going to overcome it and take action? Share your story! Odds are many others are dealing with the same issue

What is your health routine now? What keeps you motivated?
Figuring out a new health routine after sports can seem daunting. Not only can it be confusing know what is actually best, but there is also no trophy at the end as motivation. It is AMAZING having the freedom to choose your routine, but the question becomes... how in the world am I supposed to do this? It may take a little time for you to find what works best for you, but no matter what you do, don't give it up altogether. Taking care of your body is the first priority in order to succeed in all other areas. That means moving the body, eating whole foods, getting the proper amount of sleep, and working on your mental. How are you currently taking care of your body? What keeps you motivated?

Find a health routine that fits you
Motivating yourself to exercise when sports are over can be a grinddd. What's the best way? How do I reach my physique goal? What is my goal? What is good for me? The truth is, we overthink this way too much. We are used to training to the point of exhaustion which isn't necessary anymore, nor is it healthy. Take some time to try different training methods. Some options are: Hybrid, bodybuilding, endurance, HIIT, CrossFit, martial arts, the list goes on... Find what works for you and fits your life goals. Focus on longevity. What is your current training routine? Be on the lookout, for the new AT team addition. Might have some decent advice here! 👀

Getting Rid of the Victim Mentality
The reality is, must of our athletic careers didn't go as planned. Maybe you dealt with injuries, didn't get to play, had a bad relationship with your coach, you name it. If yours went well then a huge congrats! You are part of the 10%. But the issue isn't that your career didn't go how you wanted, it's the mindset you have around it. No matter how good or bad you career went in your eyes, there are extremely valuable lessons that you HAD to experience to step into your true purpose. Our careers as athletes are just the building blocks to becoming our best self. We actually have an advantage, because it takes most people 30+ years to learn these lessons, and that's if they ever learn them at all. What parts of your athletic career have you viewed negatively? As you have learned more about what your purpose is outside of sports, how were these moments actually necessary to go through?
