What is your health routine now? What keeps you motivated?
Figuring out a new health routine after sports can seem daunting.
Not only can it be confusing know what is actually best, but there is also no trophy at the end as motivation.
It is AMAZING having the freedom to choose your routine, but the question becomes... how in the world am I supposed to do this?
It may take a little time for you to find what works best for you, but no matter what you do, don't give it up altogether.
Taking care of your body is the first priority in order to succeed in all other areas. That means moving the body, eating whole foods, getting the proper amount of sleep, and working on your mental.
