Confidence
Gentlemen I wanted to expand with y’all on a post I recently shared. While similar to the caption I share with the public I’m going to go deeper for you.
Brothers, let’s be real: If you’re lacking confidence you’re stuck in a cycle of self-doubt, fear, and pity.
You might have even convinced yourself that you’re okay with being average—just another guy trying to get by. But deep down, you know that’s a lie. You feel it, that gnawing discontent, the sense that there’s more to life. More to YOU. You’ve just been playing small for so long that it feels normal.
It’s time to break out of that cycle and claim your greatness. This is exactly what the Agoge 90 day transformation is designed to do. It is a challenge but I know you can conquer it and teach yourself that by doing so you can conquer anything.
If you’re still doubting your ability to conquer the Agoge, try basic training but incorporate the following to build unshakable confidence:
1. Develop a Warrior’s Physique:
Physical strength is the foundation of mental resilience. When you push yourself beyond your limits in the gym, you become faster, stronger, and more powerful. That physical transformation feeds into your mental toughness. You begin to believe in your own ability to conquer anything because you’ve proven it to yourself every time you grind it out.
2. Cultivate Courage:
Fear is the invisible force that keeps most men small. You need to be brutally honest with yourself about what scares you—whether it’s failure, judgment, or pain, all of which are inevitable and part of growth. A failure is only a fail if you don’t use it as an opportunity to learn, judgement happens regardless of what you do, unfortunately it’s the human condition. Pain? While as it’s been said pain is inevitable, suffering is a choice. Each time you confront fear and push through, you break another chain of self-doubt that’s been holding you back. Fear is natural, courage acknowledges the fear and moves forward anyway.
3. Create Daily Wins:
Confidence isn’t built overnight—it’s built through consistent action. Start with 2-5 goals every day. They should challenge you, but be achievable. Each goal you crush is a brick in the foundation of your self-belief. This habit of winning spills over into every area of life. And just like strength training, you increase the load, progressively increasing the challenge. Watch as your confidence skyrockets with every success.
This is your wake-up call.
Stop waiting for permission to be great. You’re here to rise above mediocrity and claim the life you’re meant to live, so let’s get to work.
