New to AI with no technical background building Vapi Agent for my App

Hi there. New to the channel and to AI. In the process of building out a Vapi voice agent that contacts users who's responses to a questionnaire achieve a rating below a set threshold to which the Agent provides immediate response and information. Having some issues making the flow work particularly in personalising the Agent to the user's name and also getting wrapped up in the Make automation which is getting complicated.

By the way, tried joining a community call earlier today but nothing happened? Would have been great to meet others and share experiences.
